Brick & Chrome is a collection of unique boutique rental locations maintained and managed by photographer Ryan Flynn & his wife Amber Flynn, a writer and interior designer, in downtown Los Angeles. Ryan and his photography partner Isaac Trumbo started Brick & Chrome loft in 2011 and with its success, Ryan decided to add more locations. Clients now include Samsung, Levi's, Microsoft, At&t, and McDonald's.
Both lofts are located in the DTLA Fashion District in an industrial warehouse building built in the early 1900s. 937 E Pico Boulevard is a soaring relic of original exposed brick and hardwood floors, industrial details, but have updated power and internet capable of accommodating almost any production. It is fully equipped with medium format, DSLR and film cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, backdrops and high-end workstations. The building also boasts a pull-in loading deck, a large freight elevator (1500 lb max) and ample parking. The Wolford House is located on Mt. Washington convenient to Downtown Los Angeles and is suited for slightly smaller productions (25 person crews or less).
